AVOCADO
Avocado is the fruit of the avocado tree, believed to originate from Central America and Mexico. They are easy to cultivate, mostly in tropical and dry summer climates of many countries. The avocado has pear-shaped, with slightly hard, dark skin, colors ranging from dark green to black. When ripe, the flesh is soft, light yellow, like butter, with a creamy, nutty taste.
